You can change it to their recommended setting. Which is 40V.

Yeah, I'm not buying it, typical chinglish manual, those values are probably backwards.

I guess I misunderstood the full charge parameter setting. The battery bank for the first time it looks like hit 56.4V (5 minute sampling intervals so might actually have gone to 56.8V).

It never went over 55V some time ago without doing the OVP stuff. Hopefully some sun this weekend to hit 100% so that I can actually watch it as it gets there and see imbalance.

But seems the balancer is working well and has bled out most of the charge from the cell that was OVPing (this isn’t a word) the bank.

Also attached the voltage when the BmS thinks it’s hit 5/6%

yea its just when the pack will reset to 100% soc lets say you change your charge voltage to 55.1v it will get stuck at 99% but anything over it will reset it If and when the current drops ander 2A while holding the voltage over 55.2v

Ignore the 56 for pack full voltage.

Gemini says its hardcoded in either the inverter or BMS firmware, more likely inverter as it says if I cant find the setting in the BMS then its coded into the inverter.

Says the inverter when a selected communications protocol is established, loads the parameters from the protocol. Seems plausible.

Says if I chose PYLON for comms then it would load the charging parameters for that.

Taken about 1 or 2 minutes after the charge stopped. Just missed it.
Wanted to catch it when all cells were at least higher than 3.45V

So about 70mV deviation, should improve with time. Any alarms?

I didnt see an OVP alarm. Was on a WA video call with brother to check as at work. I will confirm tomorrow.
