Line cancellation.

Hello,

I need some help with line cancellation.

My cancellation was supposed to happen in the next 2 hours but I have received a message confirming that cancellation will be done in a month's time(1/31), and I have also confirmed that on Clientzone.

I need the line released so that I can migrate to another ISP and another month just to release the line feels like torture, and I am asking myself what have I done to be punished in this way.

The process was meant to be seamless but not for me, and I hope this is not one of those underhanded tactics.

I need to use the line...please!

Message @Afrigirl and add @AfriNatic to the conversation. Send them the email associated with your account, they should be able to further assist you
 
I was under the impression that they will watch this thread from time to time. I will see what will happen in the morning and I hope their support will be available. Thank you.

They will, but they will request you to send them a message privately for the email associated with your account, so just wanted to help you so your issue would be resolved quicker :)
