Line decided to only sync at 1Mbps?? :( [SOLVED]

I've been getting great, stable speeds on my 4Mbps line, with great atttenuation ratios etc and now for some reason it dropped to 1Mbps and won't sync at 4Mbps at all. :(:(
Could it be that the exchange got upgraded and because my router doesn't support ADSL2+, it's sucking now? Or should I phone telkom to try and solve the issue?

Down / Up
SNR Margin 40.3 13.0
Line Attenuation 19.9 11.5

I phoned telkom and now it's at 4Mbps again! I think they reset the port or something.

Thanks for all the help :)

Glad it's fixed. Usually you ask Telkom (or whichever ISP your line is migrated to) to stabilise (the term they use) the line at a certain rate - you can decide what. People sometimes ask to have their 4mbps lines stabilised at, say, 3mbps due to large SNR readings. The higher the line speed, the lower the SNR, generally.
