Due to very bad weather here in KZN during the last week, a tree fell down, directly on our line.

Since that happened, our line have been very, very unstable, where it usually stays connected for days.
And that tree is over a ton, so we'll have to get people to remove it for us.
In the mean while, by the look of thing, that line is very damaged and added lots of noise during phone calls.
I have a 4mbps line, so it's more sensitive to damage on the line.
Would Telkom replace the line, or have the "Live with it" attitude?
I have logged 3 faults so far, and asked to keep the ticked open, but still no response.
Thanks!
