Line GOOD or BAD?

Hi, can anyone tell me if this is good or not?

Downstream Upstream

SNR Margin 29.5 13.0 db

Line Attenuation 54.5 25.0 db

Ive read a post which tell you what is good and what is bad, but i cant seem to find the thread :|

Mine is:

SNR Margin:
36.5 27.0 db

Line Attenuation:
17.0 9.0 db

Data Rate:
384 128 kbps
 
That calculator above says my line can reach 8Mbit

My stats are as follows on a 384 line..

Operation Data Upstream Downstream
Noise Margin 23 dB 18 dB
Attenuation 40 dB 32 dB

I've found that Skype isn't performing optimally. Could this be attributed to bad line conditions? If so, will Telkom do anything about it?

If you are on the 4Mbit service, you wont sync correctly, atleast according to the calculator above, but if you are on a 2Mbit service or below then Shaping is probably the reason.
 
This is mine on 384 and i get dropped 20 times a day. Waiting for telkom to attend.

Notice the crc errors downstream thats only in 52 mins of uptime.

Give me strength I'm really close to driving down to the exchange and giving someone a piece of my mind.
