Line is so slow

Good evening guys.

I just want to check in quickly, Im with Telkom as an ISP at the moment.

Up until a few days ago my line was running fine. All od a sudden since about Friday its been very slow.

So tonight i tried pingtest to see....

Amazingly i have 120ms ping and 175+ms jitter.

Am i the only one, or is there others experiencing this?

I am in the Vaal Triangle area...

My download speeds also started suffering over the weekend. I'm in Kimberley.

I have also noticed this, Youtube is frustratingly slow now (I could always watch videos buffer free at 360p, now even 240p buffers), I guess there is no such thing as a free upgrade to soft cap, they just throttled everyone so you will not use up your cap. I see this as them trying to force us (basic accounts) all onto their uncapped "service".
