Well, no need to worry about Telkom contract clauses anymore, i phoned them on Friday (after they didn't pitch (again) and didn't bother to phone me (again)).
It seems that the initial tests that they do don't count for jack. After (apparently) doing more indepth tests, they deemed my line below 'minimum requirments' and have kindly cancelled my order for me.
I'm going to have to find some other way of getting connected. Time to start looking at the 'who i know' route.
Telkom: Touch Tomorrow? We're still waiting for the technology of today.
