Line soft

Hi there

I have elastix installed at 3 locations.

at two of them i have no problems but the third one gives me problems with soft lines.

let me explain, when i dail out or in i can hear the person on the other end speakin 100% loud even, but everybody struggles to hear me, saying the line is extremely soft.

how do i rectify this?

You would need to explain your topology a bit more, as well as more detail on the specific technologies used. i.e. is this from SIP to PSTN over ADSL/3G or whatever else may be in the call path..
