Hey Guys
Does anybody Know of somebody High up in Hellkom that i can speak too? I have been trying to get a line fixed at one of my clients for over 2 months now. To date i have had 6 Techies come out and each one comes back and says and i Quote " Its a problem at transmissions and they will send the fault to the transmissions guys" but guess what the next day arrives and i get a sms that says your telkom fault has been fixed which it has not, this has now happend with every singal techie that has come out.
So yea if anybody knows somebody i can speak too would be much apperciated
