I am starting this tread for those linux users that needs some games to keep them using linux. I will list Linux compatible games that does not need any winehq tuning.

If anyone knows of some good grade games, feel free to add them.

keep an eye on some of the humble bundles- There are some great games- Dungeon defenders came on one recently.
Of course get steam and there are a whole lot of choices there including the new serious sam
 
Maybe add those to your original post, as well as a link on how to install Steam on Linux.

Oh there is also Serious Sam III available on Steam for Linux.

Civ4 works well with the latest versions of wine with no fiddling. You need to have the native drivers for your screen card with opengl running correctly.

I've decided to pay R100 per bundle or the avg, whichever is higher for all future bundles. And also feel welcome to buy a few R10 (> $1) bundles to give out as gifts if your not interested in the bonus games.
 
Nice, keep them coming. I am adding the games to my original post as you guys mention them. trying to stay with games that looks like it could almost qualify for a AAA status or that is very popular.
