Linux - How do we say it ?

Not sure if this was asked before, but whats the proper South African way of saying linux ? Is there a general consensus ? Is it LINOOKS, LINOOZ or LINEX or ...?

Proper way is lin-ux.

Line-ex ? Me too! Had Downloaded Ubuntu at work, ( my home internet is prepaid still..) and it worked straight 'out of the box' - sound and the works ! Ubuntu definitley has the edge over windows in some areas ....

I used to say this before I started saying it the proper way (still feels weird though). I don't know where everyone else got "line-ex" from, unless they mean the same thing and just spelled it differently.

I think people saying "line-ex" and "ligh-nucks" mean the same thing.
