Cinnamon? Or KDE?

But it's a environment right?I'd say Cinnamon as well.
But it's a environment right?
One can load it on any Linux distribution?
So technically one can load it on Ubuntu or esx?

Learned something here, as I loved cinnamon as its most like windows 7technically if you load it on ubuntu... you've created linux mint!![]()
Finally somebody approves when I ask questions,I am subscribing I learn alot about Linux when I don't ask questions. Continue.

So how does one actually do it? Sudo get on cinnamon?
Or does one recompile a custom version?
Fascinating stuff Linux with its possibilities
Finally somebody approves when I ask questions,
As you will never know till you ask....
Why not? I mean this is how I learn, by asking questions!please don't feel good about a thoron endorsement![]()

I was taught to ask as many questions as possible as a show of interest.
Many times I don't ask enough only to wish I knew about something later on that becomes apparent.
I know people get annoyed, but if you don't ask, simple fact is you won't know.
They're both the same really. You get the taskbar and the start menu on the lower left like XP/7/10. KDE just got more customization and the Plasma theme aka Aero of Windows 7 that everybody is missing. Also there's great KDE apps like Dolphin file manager, k3b, Amarok, ktorrent, Krita etc. It uses a bit more resources prolly.I understand, so what is the best for ease of use most like windows?
