Couldn't believe my eyes when I found a sizeable and very much alive cockroach in a box of future life I bought in this week.

Unfortunately I had a 2 - 3 large servings before I uncovered the roach.. and no, it couldn't have crept in there because I've never seen this species of roach before in my house let alone area AND I make sure to close the box after and put it back in the cupboard when I'm done. It was pretty deep in there too...

Just a serious PSA to everyone. I for one am never touching future life ever again in my life!

What recourse do I have here guys?
Please don't troll.. Should I make a big deal out of this? //cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5bd4e75178450/VID_20181027_235247.mp4

Roaches can get in places. Yes it could have gotten in at the factory, but it could have also gotten in in a cupboard. Storing it high off the floor is immaterial, roaches explore. I transfer all my future life into an air tight Tupperware container as soon as I open it. Have never found any sign of life in it and have been eating it for years.

Have you tried asking it? Is it maybe an immigrant that was hoping to join the caravan heading to the states? Why are you against immigrants? Are you racist?

You'll also see I was careful not to assume its gender. Just its born a roach, doesn't mean it identifies as a roach anymore.

Oats (Gluten), FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ Powder [Whole Maize Flour NON-GMO), Whole Soya Bean Flour (Soya NON-GMO), Sucrose, Soya Isolate (Soya NON-GMO), Flavouring
Just buy some whole oats and add your own nuts /fruit etc. Dunno why you'd buy this kark in any case. Probably healthier with the cockroach in.

How long does a cockroach survive without water? From here it says:
Because they are cold-blooded insects, cockroaches can live without food for one month, but will only survive one week without water.
It's pretty unlikely that the airtight packaging was sealed during the same week so to me it sounds like this is your cockroach.

but will only survive one week without water. .

I know of someone that will accept that challenge.

These cereals are also extremely insulinogenic which drive up hunger and cause you to overeat throughout the day.

companies don't care about their individual consumers,

if you had brought a warehouse level of stock, they might have done something,

but one or 2, forget about it...
