Load Balancing Multiple Telkom Uncapped LTE Packages?

I noticed an article on MyBB that speaks of load balancing two Telkom 'Uncapped' LTE packages together. It effectively increased the speed and lowered the latency (http://mybroadband.co.za/news/wirel...-get-higher-lte-speeds-and-lower-latency.html).

For R799, Telkom's "Uncapped" LTE now has a 300 GB cap. When reached, speeds are throttled to 4Mbps. After 350 GB it is throttled to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.

Given the cap and the price point, I thought that it might be a good idea to link four packages together. Doing so would likely allow for speeds much greater than 40Mbps as well as a 1.2 TB cap.

I would like to know from those who have load balanced connections, how it works in terms of the bandwidth and caps?

For example, if I connected two, three or four of these services together, how is the data used? Is it spread equally amongst the four packages or would the load balancer favor one package before using another?

I'd appreciate any feedback and advice :-)

[I only have 4Mbps ADSL in my area and no FIBRE. Also in a poor location for WISPS. So LTE is one of the only good options for broadband]

Basically I can only see this method working with LTE, I don't see Telkom allowing the bonding themselves, you will have to use a 3rd party.

Advantages
Your traffic should be split pretty much 25% each connection.
You speed should increase quite a bit.

Disadvantages
You probably have to pay for the service.
Pings will probably be affected due to the "out" server most likely being foreign.

On one connection you get around 40Mbps if you're lucky, why would you need 4 x that and 1.2TB of data.

my current solution is using 1-lte uncapped and 1-lte 100GB and a 4MB adsl , using pfsense, I would have to select the primary gateway but the data isnt a 50/50 split, i havent also played around with the round robin scenario, although it would depend on how you tweak your system to spread your data usage.

I also have it setup with ubiquiti wireless using both LTE connections and the throughput is approx 30MB when running a speed test

Thank you! That video was great.

I'm going to try with the TP-Link load balancer first, just to get a feel for it. If that doesn't work effectively, I'll see if I can get a "bonder".

Do you have any resources that I could read about the scenario you mention and your setup? The more I can learn about this, the better :-)

Guys check your Telkom Uncapped LTE statements, they are charging clients CLI when they aren't supposed to be. I've just had them reverse all those charges as it is a data contract. For them to even include that charge in the first place is worrying.
