I've used 10.3 cause of cloudy days

The 4th was really cloudy over here, as opposed to the 1st where it was hot as hell and those A/Cs worked overtime.

Stage 3 from 20:00 - if your power is off something else is broken.

Eskom announces Stage 3 load-shedding

Eskom has announced that it is implementing Stage 3 load-shedding from 20:00 on Thursday.
