Loaded data got SMS but no internet.

I loaded 2GB of data onto my 8ta 3g device. This was confirmed by an SMS. But now when I click connect, only the uppipe shows any activity. I can't open any Web pages or do anything.

What/which device are you using? Take sim out and put it back in again. If that fails, customer care 180.

It's the Huawei E173.

I did take the sim card and put it in again.
I also tried it on a different computer.

Gonna e-mail customer support now.

OK so I phoned tech support but the guy could not help me. Finally he just told me to uninstall the software and reinstall. But that did nothing. Still won't connect to the internet. The lights go on but nobody is home.
