It's an illegal strike by Eskom workers, and there a a few threads on this already.

Just got this from my councillor:
Eskom have issued an alert of stage 2 load shedding at 5pm today. Possible 3-hourly rotational shedding which may affect Eskom-supplied suburbs. Might not happen.
They May switch off the following stations: 152MW from Morningside, Bryanston, Athol, Benmore.+ 43MW from Kelvin Power station on the City Power side.

Zuma -> Guptas -> Illegal strike by Eskom workers due to not getting paid due to Eskom being used as a engine for state capture eg. overpaying for subpar coal so the Indian unkles can syphon taxpayer money out the country..Zuma, really?
