Local Cap- gaming{HELP}

Thanks.

I will be hearing from Cybersmart Today. My current router is Netgear DG834 v3 I've gone to my router page (192.168.0.1) logged in etc. But i am failing to get to where the BRIDE-MODE is to activate. Does BRIDE-MODE require something from my ISP, or is it something to do with ME and my PC only (doesn't require any ISP, extrenal features).

Jimbo if I remember correctly, that netgear router has a "hidden page" where you will be able to access the bridge mode function. I'll try searching for it on the forums, but I'm sure some1 will verify this :)

*EDIT* Nevermind I found it:

http://192.168.0.1/mode.htm <-- enter that and should be able to change it

;)

NEWS:

Cybersmart are willing to make me an account based on my LOCAL bandwidth only and another that is based on my INTERNATIONAL Bandwidth only. I have installed RASPPOE 100%, ive also created 2 'dial up' connections (one being Int and other being Local) for the 2 accounts where i will enter in both connections the account Usernames and Passwords. Ive tested it to work with my current ADSL account by 'dialing into it' using one of the connections and it works.

The problem now where i am confused is that i have got 2 computers on my network. (Mine and my Brothers). I would like my brothers' pc to do the SAME in which it will split between Int and Local using RouteSentry.
-> Would i configure both PC's to do so by configuring BOTH pc's to use RouteSentry (create 2 new 'dial up' conn.) by installing RASPPPOE and then on my otehr PC i would just run RoutSentry and both PC's are sorted?

Question 2:

After installing / Configuring RASPPOE on my PC and creating the 2 'dial up' connection Icons on my desktop. Then entering both account details (local and Int) into the 2 'dial up' connection on my Desktop what do i do AFTER this? Do i just open RouteSentry, select the 2 connections in the appropriate Drop Down box in RouteSentry being Local and Int and im done?

Your help is MUCH appreciated.

Yes, you create them and set them in route sentry, along with 'connect automatically upon disconnection' and you're sorted.

Go do the EXACT same thing on your brothers computer and bam... traffic splitting at its best.

Yes, the only potential problem would be if Cybersmart only allowed one concurrent connection per account.

oh yes, but i would assume he explained that too them and they'd make it 2 CC for him.
If not, he must phone them again.

Ok, i will phone them again. Also If i get 2 Concurrent connections set up do i just do the exact same in terms of setting RouteSentry on this pc as on my Other pc?

Let me get this straight (pun intended):
Internet == Complicated == Gay == Happy? :-P

Ok, so everyone here on the forum are more than willing to help people like you so that we can remove the "Complicated" part above, right? So we can replace the Complicated part there with "Forum Members". Thus you are saying that we are all Gay? That makes you Gay as well you know. :p

But I think you need to rethink what you said though because I surely don't agree with you. You also need to rethink the (your) term Gay. I know we are all* Happy, but the Internet, Happy? That cannot be right now, can it? :p

On a lighter note though...You Blame the "complicated" part on Telkom. It's all their fault. There would be no need for all this "complicated" stuff if it wasn't for them :(

Oh, and by the way - It's not rocket science :D

If you Still think so, please feel Free to open a thread and state ANY problems you may be having. I can promise you that we will sort out your problems asap.
