Local only account not reaching IS datacenter

Hi,

I have been testing some local only accounts and when I traceroute to servers hosted in the IS datacentre I cannot get through - does anyone know why this is happening? Tried WA local only and IS local only.

Example:

Axxess's telkom account seems to work fine. Has anyone tried on an IS local only account? Last time I tried it doesn't work but if Axxess's does then that solves my problem. I guess WA just havent perfected their routing yet. Sorry for the pointless post
