Local SA server?

Any good local free servers out there that offers NORMAL XP rates? (Similar to the official Blizzard servers).

No clue. I started of Wow on the forgotten Realms Server. XP was @ x2.4 and double on weekends. Reached level 38 in 3 days. Then I started hearing horror stories of pirated servers (going down) etc

So I'm playing legit on the DragonBlight Server :)
Pirated servers spoil you with the xp rates, and alot of features and quests were broken compared to a legit server.
Eg: Monsters cast spells at you, on a pirate server they don't.

There's about 3 servers in SA. I only know of FR. Its hosted on a 4mb line! :/ Translates to a maximum of 50 players without lag.

Hahaha! I have a mate who lost 2 lvl70s on pirate servers when they crashed. So he came over to official now.

He was baffled by all the different quests etc. available, but the funniest part ever was the surprize he had when he pulled his 1st mob and the whole group came at him instead of just one. "But I didn't even hit them :( "

yea, pirated servers are usually for those kiddies who like to play with bots in Counter Strike (way back before Counter Strike was mainstream like it is today with all the crap)

I just dont get it,if you want to cheat you may aswell go overboard. Working for weeks/months to get a toon well geared and then the server goes down or runs outta cap?

Epic fail really

I've been official from the first day I started playing and can't imagine how mcuh struggle would be involved keeping my WoW patched and glitch-free while still keeping all the nifty nuances and little events that blizzard adds time to time.

Come share in the great fun of the next world event when Dalaran gets shifted over to Northrend for example? Just won't have the same feel once the EMU servers are updated and "oh so dalaran was moved now..thats cool"
 
legit is the ONLY way to go... its just not worth the effort and time. I've played on a hack server, and you just know something isnt right when one fireball from a Kobold Miner pwns all 500 of your health!!! lol

Pay the the money, get official... its worth it!
