Agreed, the world have always had problems but in my post I said Islamic terrorists are getting worse. Islamic terror have not been with us for ever and ever. And it is getting worse.

Exactly why it has to be taken with a very large pinch of salt. These police are always looking for ways to increase their funding, to be allowed to spy more and expand their powers of arrest. They have ample incentive to exaggerate threats, and yes they count on the stupidity and cowardice of the public. Throw in the fact that they already prosecute people for making jokes and thoughtcrime, and it becomes impossible to distinguish a real plot from just talk.

Except that they now already have one incident to point to where this has already happened... Woolwich.

This is a big problem. They have an idea who has come back from Syria but their hands are tied at picking them up. It's either start another Gitmo situation or wait until they plan to do something and arrest them then.

61: 8 - They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.

but then it's the same as saying murder is getting worse, just because there are faster ways of getting from place to place, we're being put into communities with bigger varieties of cultures and have new means of killing one another just means the old ways of doing things are improving.

many people follow their religious texts literally, that is my biggest criticism of it. even the buddha, who said "don't believe everything i say" is taken literally and has his teachings followed to the T.

Atheists are the new hip thing, its like a fad, the new fashion. And its like they HAVE to show everyone how much they know about the universe and how life started and their belief that there is no god.
I dont go around pushing people to believe what I do, why do they feel the need to do it so much??

Majority of americans and south africans feel that homosexuals should not be killed, just not share equal rights with the rest of us, based on the Bible

the religiosu text is right there however, so what is the matter? the text, the interpretation, the culture or the indoctrination?
