Long Distance Wifi

Can anyone help me out on this setup im trying to get internet form the one office in town to rural area at another office ? So its like total of almost 12km but at 10km there is a mountain in the way, but there is power and a 18m mast to put a repeater.

I am planning on to go for the mikrotik range the only thing that worries me is the setup of the OS, i understand it’s quite complicated to setup?

so i was checking this thread out.

I have a slightly different situation.

I am just going through about 4 walls to reach a router.

Any ideas? The wireless card comes and goes hence always dropping the signal. So i log on with my laptop which is slightly closer and then lan to my PC.

No laughing.

Try to get a wireless N router and a wireless N network adapter.
