Hi all

Im look at two screens the LG W2343T-PF and the LG W2261VP-PF.

The only differance is that
W2261VP-PF has 50000:1DFC and 2ms slightly smaller size
W2343T-PF has 30000:1DFC and 5ms slightly bigger size

Im going to be using the screen for photo editing gaming and movies. I like the style of the W2343T-PF but the W2343T-PF has slightly better specs.

My main question is; Will i see, or is there a big differance between the contrast ratios and response times. Does that extra 20000:1 and 3ms faster make any differance for what i what to use the screen for?

Thanks

No.

So one does not see the differance between the specs, it all just sales talk?

Is there any screen you guys would suggest that i look at.

Budget?

Samsung 2333SW 23" full HD for around R2000 is very nice.

Samsung is the leader in PC LCDs.

But those LGs you mentioned are also nice.

COMPLETELY sales talk. A TRUE contrast ratio that good would be awesome. But those are dynamic contrast ratios that have no business being used for comparison. There is no standard way to measure them, no standard way to interpret the results, and no standard way to report the results.

Ok cool i will look at samsung as well thanks

Budget up to R2500
