Looking for a decent Minecraft host.

I'm looking for a minecraft host.
I've been hosting it myself on a laptop I have but it gets extremely laggy even for local players.
There are only 4 or 5 of us so I don't need anything massive.

I'm thinking of going for one of the following:

I wouldnt mind paying a little more for a local host but R85 vs R20 odd is a big difference. Is it worth it?
