Looking for a sip provider

Hi guys

I have a asterisk setup on a VPS in USA. I need a sip provider which will allow me to call SA numbers from USA.
Ideally I don't want any contracts but will prepay if necessary. Had Mweb all along when my server was local, but they forbid registration from international locations.

Static IP yes. Not sure of volumes at the moment. But it is for a callcentre.

you can, like i'm using a sip phone, you dont have to use the vobi app

As far as I am aware you can enable remote registration on Ignite. Else you could relay traffic off a local server onto the ignite platform.
