hi all I had mweb fibre in town in sasolburg it was ok . but when I relocated . the process seemed to be working . I cancelled my current fibre and applied for other means of Internet at the new premises.
the new premises is a agriculture holding , hence no fibre. I took a sim and router setup for my needs.
then mweb charged me for the previous residence and the new residence internet . so after 4 months I realised their initial co tract is still showing more money to be debited. and I investigated only to find they robbed me for 4 months and then I reversed the payments. now they want to blacklist me. . I have reff number for cancelation after I lost my cool with them . but in any case I will not pay them. how many times must 1 cancel and wait for hours for a call to be only dropped while talking to them. they are no good service provider. and seems to be good at getting money from people . it should be their slogan like hotel California. you can join but can't never leave
