hi everyone ,
sorry for a new thread. but i think is time for me to look a good and decent isp. was with telkom for years and now wanted a uncap acc and good offers. so please can some suggest a good isp..........

Your two main choices are Mweb or Afrihost.

If you get in touch with MWeb Guy, he can probably get a 7 day trial account for you to take for a spin. :)

I am running Mweb uncapped at a few clients now and once my Telkom line is installed, I will get Mweb at home too. I am a fan.

Dont bother going through all the trouble to sign-up with MWeb(all those phone calls and documents needed), it will just give you a headache.

thanks for the offers AfriMan. me is very fussy with the speed as the telkom always lacking. so will see in next few days how it goes.....
 
im also thinking to change to mweb's 1mb uncapped account. do they also have that 7 day rolling threshold?

What is this threshold of which you speak? Is it some kind of curse? Not something in mweb's vocabulary I'm sure :p

facing trible congestion problem at the moment. exchange that are connected together with our residention and industrial area. until now telkom sort things out i dont wana go further.
