Looking for GPU

Hi,

I am looking for a decent GPU, doesn't have to be new, for around R2000-R3000.
I have been having a look and I am partial to the R9 280/x and the GTX 670, both of which I have seen ads for for around that price, but the sellers are flakers.

Anyone have one to sell or can point me in the right direction?
Oh and I am from Cape Town and can collect the card.
