Looking for Lounge Suite

Hi all,

We want to buy a new lounge suite. I would have thought this is an easy asignment, but the market is strange to me nowadays.

We do not want leather, we want fabric. We also do not want 'n light colour like white or beige, we want specificially blue, or darkish blue.

Also, we want a 3,2,1 set.

I can not believe how difficult this is.

We visited quite a lot of stores. We can not find a lounge suite that is blue.

So, all the places we have been, and the websites I checked out.

+- only 20 to 30% of all sets, are 3/2/1
+- only about 20% of those, are not leather, or fabricated false leather of some sort.
+- of the little left, only about 40% are not 'n light color. The darker colors are all brown or black, nothing in any other color, not even looking at Blue only.

Am I crazy, or is the majority market lately leather, light color, and not 3,2,1 sets.

If anyone has advice where to look, I would like to hear. My price range is about max R16,000.

Or buy a white one and paint it blue yourself .. :D

Seriously, try the more exclusive furniture shops for non-mainstream requirements.
 
There are places that sell the basic suites and you choose the fabric that you want.
 
Where are you based? Look for places that just do sofa's, you choose your fabric and with some places you can even tell them exactly what length you want them in, or change types of cushions on it etc. They are also often cheaper than Coricraft/Tafelberg furnishers/etc.
