My Ceo's office recieved a complaint that there was no rep on this forum...
They immediately targetted me, at which stage i told them to get lumped because i was abused far too much and i didnt enjoy the uncalled for words that forumites had uttered towards me- remember that i dont make the rules, i merely advise on them. you as a reader might not have seen all of it, but people got very personal with me on many occasions, either via pm or e-mail. For the record- i am neither a c##t nor am i a p##s or an organ grinder monkey for my company- im a human being, just like the rest of you and trust me, i share your frustrations. If it was up to me i would see you all happy, because in this forum i have grown a lot and i have grown to respect many of you in my dealings with you, because at the end? All that we both want is an amicable solution.
Im not actually the best person equipped to deal with all the queries right now because i travel a lot and im only able to check in on selective occasions, so i ask your patience.
I have a BEng Hons, not a MCSE or an MCSD either, so when it comes to your IT questions im going to be at a loss on most occasions- i apologise for this and i am currently undergoing some IT courses to help me better understand you, but i will help where i can, and if i cant i will forward your query through to someone who can.
End of the day im here to work with you, but bear in mind that i am neither paid nor obligated to assist you with your queries plus further abuse im not going to tolerate that, as an engineer i have a full enough day to worry about and i will be logging on free of charge to my company. I will deal with people that approach me in a professional manner and nobody else.
Are we in agreement of a sociable forum regading MTN is all i ask.
