I am very happy to see MTN following up on my hellopeter complaint on the day after I complained. This is some very good service and I would like to applaud you for doing this out of your own free will for free as well as well as MTN for great service. I hope you do not get the same/worse abuse this time around.
Perhaps you could just ask around for a permanent full time helper if the load is too heavy or you can't help that often as you are overseas or just not at HQ.
