EDIT: Issue seems to have resolved itself. All lights working again.

Correction. The PON light was a solid green on the ONT. Today, the LOS light keeps flashing red (Loss of signal).

I'd suggest first line support will be via your ISP?

I just can't understand how a brand new installation can suddenly have issues the next day. I have not received my router from my ISP yet. The issue is on the Optical Network Terminal that Telkom provided when they installed the line. Do you think that my ISP will be able to assist with the matter?
