Low SNR Margin Values, Getting lower values on download / upload rate

Hi guys, I've been experiencing this issue for last 3 weeks. I have a 16 mb download and 0.8 mb upload speed internet which is max with ADSL as far as I know. I could get a 14 mb download speed and 0.8 mb upload speed till 3 weeks ago, then suddenly something happened that I have no idea of, and my internet speed dropped to 8mb download and 0.25mb upload speed.

Then I called ISP and had a long talk with them, they came over and told we need to refresh DSL cable etc. so we just built a new ADSL cable from tele-box to our house with it being a CAT6 cable.

Well now the thing is, I'm still getting low values, and my ISP is refusing to help me at all costs. I wan't them to refresh DSL Status and give me back my old speed at least, but they're telling me I have disconnects if my speed is at 14mb. But I still have disconnects even with 8mb, my disconnects didnt decrease when I got my internet speed decreased from 14 to 8 so I'd rather use my 14mb lol.

We're a family of 5 using this internet, so this low download and upload speed just makes games unplayable and high ping, spikes etc. My routers QoS setting doesnt let me assign an internet user lower than 128kbps which my internet already can't afford.

On the other hand I feel like it might be my Router that is limiting the bandwith im getting but I just don't know how to disallow it. Thought maybe you guys can help me out with this one. I will leave my SNR stats below along with my current download / upload rate.

Call Telkom and report a line fault saying your voice line is noisy and has interference.

Not sure about what's pots filter, but if it's a Splitter we are not using it. ADSL Line is directly connected from the tele-box outside of the building to house.

Had the same for many years until fiber became available in my area. Telkom just said I am too far from the exchange and nothing could be done.
Now on fiber with Vox as service provider and very happy

I think the box outside of our building is "tele-box?" not too sure, some kind of box that gives access to multiple houses in the street. And I guess thats a no, no phones involved.
