LTE bundle stopped working

Oh, well. You have complained about Cell C service delivery since February last year (Full signal, no throughput!!!). So why it happened that you decided to buy very large package at first place?
I don't argue, there was no reason to shut it down. It happens.

I needed the E3276 modem, and they were the best priced at the time for the modem with data that wasnt split into silly morning/evening/afterhours blocks. I has actually been working flawlessly since I bought it, where my Cell C iPhone at the time sitting next to it didn't know what a data connection was.

We didn't hear that your Cell C Internet was working. I am surprised after all these 100+ posts on various sections that Cell C was useless. Anyway, I am sure that problem with SIM will be fixed.

My issue was regarding the data on my phone, which I carry with me and I need when I need to use it. That is very, very different to a data connection in a mifi device on a desk. You should be smarter than this, but unfortunately I've had to downgrade my opinion of you. Sorry.

OK, you look smarter.
How your data connection on the phone differ from desktop connection? From Cell C perspective, of course.

Dongle gets LTE. iPhone does not, and you cannot do the 2100/900Mhz fix that you can do on Android phones either.

iPhones have their own problems, by example radio sensitivity is poorer than Nokia 1610. Coming back to my question: are saying that Cell C LTE works well? Or maybe also Cell C 3G works well on the modem. Tell us, we didn't know...

The dongle is in one fixed location, and always get Cell C LTE. It's not fast, probably 2-4Mb/s so about the same as most people's ADSL.

It's in a mifi device and creates a hotspot for my phones and tablets, so when I leave my desk the devices fall back to MTN/8ta network and can sync on that. When I do use the devices while on the hotspot I can't remember how often there is issues so it probably means it works more consistently that my Cell C contract did.

I stand by what I said back then about the poor quality of service I experienced on my iPhone with Cell C with data, as I had constant issues around Umhlanga/Durban North/Queensburough with it. Maybe the dongle is just in a sweet spot in terms of coverage, I don't know, but playing Russian roulette with a data connection on my phone was a deal breaker and annoying enough to make all the posts I did.
