LTE Lorraine PE

Hi Guys

After much struggle this weekend I got my antenna mounted and up. I need to know where the Lte tower in Lorraine Port Elizabeth is. Have been on the phone this morning with Telkom going from one person to the other and know one seems to now where the tower is.

I am getting three bars but my download speeds are between 10 - 20 mbps, that seems abit low. After the Telkom rep said the Lte speed can be up to 90mbps.

My neighbour is getting speeds of between 50 - 60 mbps on 4 bars. Surly there is something wrong somewhere?:twisted:

Try to locate your tower here after you fill in your address.

Note, if you are close to multiple towers, this can get tricky, will let other members on here help on that though .

Phone Andre Ferreira 041-3955005 and ask him to check which tower will give you the best reception. Either give him your full street address or your co-ordinates (lat/long). Don't mention mybroadband!!

Ok so I am slap bang in the middle of 4 towers. The closes one being across a bush with trees etc. Will this make a difference in the signal strength?

Hi Guys is there an alternative number for Andre? Been trying to phone since last week and still no answer. Tried using Facebook and google and all that pops up is Dr Andre Ferreira from St Georges hospital.
