Lumia 1320

Great value for money! Just confirm first whether or not its getting WP 8.1 (it should). I've used the 1520, I feel its too big but if you're happy with the size, you should be fine :)
 
I'll get one for meself then. I just came from Vodacom shop and the 1520 (same size as the 1320) is huge. Eish
 
Just purchased it. :p Hopefully going to get it some time next week.

I am extremely happy with my 1520 in spite of its size. This phone is obtainable from any network franchise dealers situated in all locations on various packages, just not sure if "Duckburg" can supply this phone.

Yeah. Windows Phone needs another 12 000 fart apps to match Android. One hundred and fifty thousand applications is just too few, eh.

By the way, Microsoft stopped making Windows Mobile at least 5 years ago. You're dramatically out of date, Rip. Wearing dungarees?

i know many applications are already in Win8 mobile but they are not so good. i used Win8 mobile before.

Then stick to your Android phone:erm:. I personally own an android phone, had many of them and also Blackberries and iPhones as well as a WP Lumia. Your opinion is not justified at all by what you have said and your reasons are rather poor.

Personally, I don't use a WP phone and happy with my android. I know for a fact that there are less apps in the WP store and there are, just like all app stores, poor apps as well.

The nice thing with WP is that the hardware doesn't need to be great to run well. If you have an android phone with the specs of a Lumia 520, the android will lag and is barely usable.

Then we come to build quality of phones in the lower price range. The Lumia 520 is miles ahead of any android phone in its price range when it comes to durability of the materials used.

Now, this might come as a shock to you but there are many people out there that actually use their phones for what they were designed for (not games btw ;) ). It's a working tool, not a gadget. It phones, SMSes and can use Whatsapp (BBM is coming soon). It can also be used as a camera as well as the other media things phones do these days. So tell me, what does this not do that your android does?

One last point. Say you need MS Office for mobile on your phone (not the compatible crap, the proper thing). Your android needs an Office 365 subscription, its free on WP with editing ability as well.

So before coming here and ranting about how much better android is to WP, take certain things into consideration. The way I see it, its personal preference. Don't go and tell someone that android is better. Make suggestions for an android phablet at the same price rather, its just the right way of helping someone:)
 
I haven't used a WP before. I'm currently using HTC Desires S and I would love to buy the LG G2, or Note 3, but the 1320 is not bad - and it is less expensive.

I'll probably get another Android phone sometime, but I'm willing to try a WP.

I should get it tomorrow or Friday. I got an email last Friday that I should send proof of residence and only managed to send it on Monday. Then later on Monday my Capitec Debit Card declined because I had to activate online shopping on the card. It was the first time I used my debit card for online shopping.

It has been shipped already, so I should be getting it tomorrow or Friday. So far, so good.

I just need to get one of these covers.

Ok cool, thnx. I was also required to send proof. Mine was sent yesterday from Heathrow, at the moment tracking shows it at Netherlands DHL...I'm not sure when it will arrive.

Edit: thnx for link, I will need to order one too.
