Thanks. I hoped it would be around R1700 though.![]()
Just bought one on Orange for R1365, should be here in 8 days they claim, although last time I bought something from them it took much longer.
Anyone else that has one of these? This is my first Windows phone and it will replace my Gobii POS as secondary phone. So far I have only used Symbian and Android smartphones and I am looking forward to Windows phone. I am a bit surprised that Strava is not on Windows phone but it seems they do have Sports Tracker.
I've got a single sim 535...owned for about 3 weeks now.
I mentioned this in another thread about a week ago that I had no touchscreen issues on mine...and then went researching to find that the dual sim ones "appear" to have it more than the single sim ones.
Here is my anecdotal after owning it...
Yes, it goes funky when the display is really dirty/greasy. I had that yesterday and giving it a good wipe solved it
Secondly (like most touchscreen phones http://forums.androidcentral.com/htc-evo-4g/16260-touchscreen-not-working-generic-usb-charger.html I had this even on a few androids in the past so just mentioning it as it is NOT a phone fault)....if you use the touchscreen while charging it on a non-standard charger, then the touchscreen can also misbehave.
and "OBD auto doctor" works with my bluetooth elm327 but is a bit limited in the free version![]()

It does have a torrent remote control, but not a native torrent client.
Got it yesterday, amazing phone! Very snappy and the UI is so clean, as are the apps. The radio and camera are above par and the build quality is sturdy. The 5" IPS screen is brilliant, you don't notice the pixels despite it being 220ppi.
That said I cannot use it as a main phone as some of the apps I like are not available on Windows Phone. I also find it to fancy for a secondary phone. So up for grabs is a one day old Lumia 535 (Black) Dual Sim. PM if you want it, R1200.
Surprisingly it had a good OBD2/Bluetooth scanner app that I bought, yet for me the biggies are Strava and ABSA. I do use Sport-Tracker so the Strava bit is not a big issue as I can export from ST to Strava. But ABSA I use frequently.
