Happily my 920 has never suffered from this, either. I sometimes wonder whether it isn't app-related rather than the hw itself?

Possibly. Just like my battery draining issue is most likely app/location/3g related.

I have had it from day 1. As have tons of people.
I get reboots and random lockups. The latest firmware upgrade seems to have helped.
My battery life is now almost 2 days from the previous 10 hours and I have only had 2 reboots in 9 days, instead of a reboot a day.
doubt it, mine was rebooting straight out the box.
I have done app compares to other users who dont have reboots, and i had less apps than them. The ones i did have, so did they.

Phone has been on idle the last 24h+. Only Wifi. Seems a little better after the update?

Received my MTN 920 at the end of December and experienced my first freeze last night. 
Picked uthe phone and just the background photo was showing, nothing else. After much prodding, the phone then just went blank. Had to hard reboot and now working again.

Mate, one phone freeze is really not bad! Are you enjoying the phone?
Had my 8ta 920 for about two months now, no freeze as to yet.
order a replacement screen online and fix it yourself

Loving it ... but the OS needs a few improvements, such as seperate sound levels for ringing, games, etc.

Also I got a 820 now(thanks Vodacom) so I'm also on the WP8 spec... just not 920 spec. So I'll kinda welcome myself into this thread
