Is see my ticket #302813 of 13 Dec has been "resolved". Pity my funds are still not reflecting in my account.

New ticket #319981, deposit made on 10/12 not reflecting in my Luno wallet.
 
Verification stalled

@lunomoney Please could you assist? How can I get some assistance with a stalled verification from level 2 to level 3? It has taken a colleague 3 days (Monday 18 Dec) to go from initial sign up, level 0, all the way to level 3 (Thurs 21 Dec), full verification. Collectively, I have been waiting for weeks. Tickets are responded to with macros and resolved without checking, so I don't think that will help.

Have you reached your cap for level 2?

Last I heard they prioritizing those that are reaching their cap. Your colleague could have been one of these which would explain his speedy ascent to the top.

I reached level 2 cap 2 weeks ago, still not verified, but I went to AltCoin instead and bought LTC,ETH and Ripple.
 
How to get thru to Luno to get my 5g deposit of the 8th Dec201 into my wallet.

I need to know how to get thru to Luno to get my 5g deposit of the 8th Dec201 into my wallet.Have sent tickets 300514 and of late 318621,have sent a R100 deposit 4 days ago and its in the wallet and allocated already and dont know what to do anymore,my next step must be Hellopeter. Originally the deposit had a an S instead of a X like in BX for ref no, but all their refs start with BX so it was easy to pick up.I have changed the ref no and sent in the proof of payment twice again.
Any advice from from you knowledgeable guys out there..

I have been waiting for my deposit of the 8Dec2017 of R5000 to be acknoledged.Have sent tickets to Luno 300514 and today 318621,awaiting acknowledgement from Luno,Luno sent me an email to ask me to resend tickets hence the ticket of today.,think it is a bit excessive.Pse help

Support ticket lodged 13 Dec #302813.

I don't think they can handle the traffic. Maybe they should put up a notice to halt new entries for a week so they can catch up.

It's quite interesting to see that they are replying to threads all over net. Encouraging complainants to address their grievances via a help desk which is clearly not functional.

Two fudger verification is set up at least. Now just waiting to board the pyramid scheme.

I've escalated both cases to our Finance team, you used the wrong ref# so the payment didn't clear automatically.
 
hi guys. i have logged a query on behalf of a friend. she has logged out of her luno account. she then reset her password. she is now facing a loop with recaptcha and cannot sign into her account. gow can we resolve this?

You need to have the account holder contact us directly so we can assist her.
