How quick does it take to get level 1 auth?
I am still stuck on lvl 0, registered yesterday.
I did also submit ID etc not realising I dont require level 2 yet, I feel this may have confused the matter.
How do I log an issue with Luno, I bought ETH with them when it launched and is now stuck as I can't seems to sell it for either ZAR or BTC, this issue has been happening for a while now and I seem to be losing money daily because of this I need to dispose of the ETH?
I'm new to this, reading up and doing my research before I go in.
However, a relative of mine has already started dabbling in Bitcoin via Luno and I am trying to help her figure the following out;
They put R3,700 in a few weeks ago and it is currently sitting at R5,700 now. They want to withdraw the R2,000 ''growth'' and move it to a more conservative savings account. How would one go about doing this?
Is there a way to transfer R2,000 to their wallet and then to their bank account or does one have to sell bitcoin to the value of R2,000, then transfer transfer that to their wallet and then the bank account?

Just a question , if I buy bitcoin on different price levels and then sell, is it first in first out or last in first out ?
Go onto the exchange, select the sell tab.
Under price they put there price, then just keep changing the btc amount until the ZAR is roughly R2000. Will be about 0.009BTC.
Don't use the instant sell function.
