I have submitted my ID for Verification Sunday last week. I still have no feedback regarding my upgraded account status.
Please advise how long I can expect to wait? It is longer than 5 business days now.

Our queues are fairly lengthy at the moment, but that does sound like a little too long to wait.
Please PM me a ticket ref# and I'll follow this up for you.
 
I also requested verification and uploaded my ID, didn't receive a ticket but it shows as done in my app. Also withdrew 14500 to try and get some urgency... No joy

What level are you on? If we show that verification is complete there's no need for further action.

@luno any plans on adjusting your maker/taker fees in the near future? Maybe adding a decimal point or two? They're getting hellishly expensive

How do I get luno to upgrade me beyond level 1? I've sent through a picture of my ID but nothing seems to be happening.
 
why is it that luno does not have a call center number?
I have been waiting for a response to my ticket for a few days now, and this is really annoying.
What's the point of having a presence in SA, if we cannot call/contact them for issues!

Call centres require $, which Luno don't want to spend.
