anyone else having the issue where the exchange link on the app has disappeared?
 
LUNO sort yourselves out FFS, I'm not playing with chump change here! BTC has moved on average $300 since this morning. Are you going compensate for this or is it magically going to reflect when your exchange is back online?

Fnb being down has nothing to do with luno.
 
Are FNB deposits working again?
There were reported issues earlier.
 
The exchange is lagging here again. It's not even very busy if you look a the volumes being traded.

Yeah , looks like it.
My deposit reflected less than a minute after I made payment.

What has FNB being down got to do with their exchange being down? I have positions and would like to move them around? Don't need to deposit.
 
I'm normally not one to just moan about everything, but this is annoying.

I made the deposit when FNB had issues, yet now when things seem sorted mine still doesn't reflect.

Could a representative perhaps give an update or look into the matter.

I know they are well within their 2 business day "right" but still feel let down since the money would've been in if I deposited now.

Can confirm it took the usual minute or two.

Luno should get into talks with FNB and offer a basic FNB account with every Luno signup :). Make a lot of peoples lives a lot easier.
