yeah, will get it next month.

Every dot update is recommended for all users, its pretty much the only thing that you are guaranteed of.

Wait a couple of hours to see if there are any major incompatibilities, they normal show up on MacFixit first.

If you dig around the support site long enough you'll find the list of security fixes that are included in this release.

Wow the combo update is 535MB, that sounds like some sort of record.

Damn, security update not necessary if you updated to 10.5.3 - just downloaded them all (luckily at work)

Note that this update is duplicitous of the security refinements in Mac OS X 10.5.3, and is therefore unnecessary if you have applied Mac OS X 10.5.3. In fact, it will not install on volumes with 10.5.3 already present.
