Can anyone recommend someone to repair a MacBook Pro? The down arrow key doesn't work. My client was told by iStore they would need to keep it for 4-6 days, and he can't afford to have it away for that long.

Tried cleaning it with compressed air?

Firm but hard small brush around the key and/or compressed air? Test in safe mode to eliminate any possible SW issues. Take it from there & see.

Get Dell next time. They come to your house to fix it.

Agree. Mac doesn't break. It's just a bit of dust.

It's usually to the bottom right side of they keyboard.

Pop it off and clean it - I had a non functioning tab key and it worked.
