I can't remember the last time I had an OS crash on either windows, OSX or Linux. But then I don't download just any rubbish off the Internet.....

The quality of an OS should never be measured by one metric alone.

I think i have decided on the MBP with retina. I am scared of the 4 gig with the air. and the MBP battery life is also not too bad. and you are a bit future proofed with apps going up to the awesome resolution. Now i just need to press the button to buy it.
