Made the switch to WebAfrica..

Our company made the switch to WebAfrica this weekend.

Transferred 3 domains to a Reseller US based account with 120GB bandwidth per month.

There's the thorns, then there's the roses.

I've found a few roses over at WebAfrica. Guys that really go the extra effort to try and help us, but there's also been the thorns, who take longer than 24 hours to respond to a ticket.

I hope WebAfrica keeps on providing us with good service and I think for a corporation such as ours, we have chosen the correct company to deal with.

If you were ever hesitant of moving hosts, don't be. Plan it for a weekend, do the updates to the domains and call and sort our any issues you may have.

I guess I'm posting this to say thank you to WebAfrica. Thanks to Rick from Hosting Support this morning. He was a tremendous help and without his suggestions we would have had to face the music and we didn't need to.

We're planning on getting a 100GB DSL Groups package sooner than later and once that's completed I can't wait to see what new products/services WA will have on offer.
