Helping a friend, apparently you have 48 hours to insert the SIM into the device and switch it on, else it gets de-activated.
LOLWUT.
They received the SIM on a Thursday and went away for long weekend to visit the folks for a long weekend, came back - no internet
Still being charged for it though.. SCUM OF THE EARTH ISP
