mail adress for terminations ?

Hi
Can anyone help me with the e-mail address of the terminations department ?
I got this address from customer service [email protected], but i get a mail delivery fail message from my mail client.

I have been trying to figure it out myself...

According to a Terms and Conditions I found on their site, terminations need to be sent to a physical address via snail mail:

Neotel, Attn.: Customer Care, 28 Saddle Drive, Woodmead Office Park, Van Reenens Avenue Woodmead, 2191.

I could be wrong, and I have been trying to cancel my contract, or at least enquire as to the repercussions of doing so, or at the very least the costs... But the Neotel Customer Service (I guess that is an oxymoron) is so obtuse so as to be virtually non-existent.

I've been experiencing the same problems as everyone else. Slow up and download speeds. High latency, frequent disconnections etc. To tell you the truth i'm not really interested in trying to fix the problem, i just want it to go away. That's what you get for being an early adopter.
I've decided that if i have any kind of broadband connection it will be copper or fiber, leave the wireless connections to MTN an Vodacom. And untill Neotel can provide that, i quess i'll be without internet at home. Or maybe check out Telkom....... heaven forbid.
 
By the way, the operator i spoke to this morning reacons there will be no financial repercussions, and they will come fetch their devices.
