Mail daemon ..... HELP!!

Ok, I keep getting this message after sending a email from my workstation.

I know it's got something to do with the signature or stationary, any ideas on why this keeps happening?

What format should my stationary be not to be removed automatically?

You're going to have to be more specific than 'this message'... can you copy paste the whole error message?
What OS, email program are you using?
