Customer service - just couldn't obtain technical details from them. They only provided me with a pricing quotation and brochure/flyer. I didn't even need that much detail (I am not an IT professional!) but couldn't even get a simple explanation as to HOW the product would work / not work. They eventually asked ME to phone a technical guy at their offices - he was about as talkative and friendly as my keyboard. I expected better...

I think the solution you should have a look at is a service provided by Synaq (Pty) Ltd called Pinpoint Securemail. The service also includes a very handy web front-end for quarantine management.
The reason why I have faith in this solution is because I use the same software for building email gateways for my clients, but since you need this solution to be hosted offsite this is what I would recommend.
I have no idea about pricing, but contact them and find out.
